The 2-minute guide

This app replaces the paper schedule. You tap as you work, the office sees it straight away, and nobody fills in a spreadsheet ever again.

Sign in once

Enter your name and the team PIN (the office will give you it). You stay signed in on your phone for 30 days. Tip: use Add to Home Screen in your browser so it opens like an app.

Pick your day

The home screen lists Day 1 to Day 5 with the roads on each route. Open the day you're working. A fresh week starts automatically every Monday, with nothing to clear.

Tap what you did at each stop

Each plot is a card. Tap the jobs as you do them: Front Rear Side Strim Blow Collected Inspected. Use + / − to count bags. Every tap records the time automatically, so there's nothing to write down.

Take before and after photos

Tap 📷 Before when you arrive and 📷 After when you're done. It opens your camera, and the photo attaches to the stop as proof of work. Photos go into the client report automatically.

Finish the stop

Tap Complete when the stop is done. It turns green and stamps the finish time. Couldn't do it (car in the way, locked gate)? Tap Missed instead so the office knows.

Spotted a problem? Raise a defect

Broken fence, fly tipping, damage: tap Defect, type a quick note, and it goes straight onto the office dashboard with your name and the time.

Check the map

The Map shows the whole estate. Roads turn amber as work starts and green when they're finished, so you can see what's left at a glance.

For the office

Sign in with the admin PIN to get the Dashboard: live progress, bags, labour hours, open defects and missed areas, plus Export report for a spreadsheet-ready file to send to Prima, with every job's completion time in it.

Quick answers

Tapped something by mistake? Tap it again to undo it. Same for Complete and Missed.

What does “verify №” mean? That plot number came from the old spreadsheet, which scrambled some of them, so just do the work as normal, but let the office know if the number looks wrong on the ground.

No signal on the estate? Keep working as normal, every tap and photo is saved on your phone and syncs by itself the moment you're back in signal. The bar at the bottom tells you how many changes are waiting; when it disappears, everything's saved to the office. You can even close the app in between.

Make it feel like an app: open the menu in your browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It gets its own icon and opens full-screen.
